Your Account - You may register with us which will mean that you will have a Fuzzique account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if your password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

The Website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card, debit card and PayPal. The contract between you and Fuzzique - When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming our receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order (the ‘Order Confirmation Email’). Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Fuzzique when you place an order. This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the Order Confirmation Email. Title to any products you order on this Website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

Content & Intellectual Property Rights – Unless otherwise stated, all content in this Website and made available by Fuzzique is the property of Fuzzique and is protected by copyright, authors’ rights and database right laws. You are only allowed to use content found on this Website as expressly agreed by Fuzzique. Any reproduction or redistribution of our products and content may result in civil and criminal penalties.

In addition to these intellectual property rights, the content, such as graphics, photographs, image rights, sounds, music, audio or text are to the best of our knowledge accurate and complete, however we cannot promise it is error-free. Fuzzique cannot promise the functions within the site i.e. html, content and functional aspects are error-free. This also relates to viruses and other harmful viruses; we always recommend that you should have an up-to-date and complete virus-checking software to protect yourself.

Payment - We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times. Colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of products - We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions (please note all images are for illustration purposes only.) of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will always reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our Website without prior notice.

Deliveries - Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy to view our delivery details and charges. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you or with your local postal sorting office in the event delivery to your address was not possible (as applicable). If you have received your Order Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived in the estimated time period specified in the Order Confirmation Email, in the first instance please check with your local postal sorting office to see that they are not holding your order. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or when the weather is particularly extreme please allow an additional day before contacting us.

Returns and Cancellations - If you change your mind and your product is unused, in its original condition and not exempt from being returned, we can either exchange it or give you a full refund when you return it within 14 days from receipt with your proof of purchase. There are some products which we cannot accept returns on such as those used on the skin and toiletry items, unless of course these are faulty, or otherwise don’t conform to the contract. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges Regulations (please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for further details). Unless faulty or damaged, the right of cancellation does not apply to products: (i) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if opened by you after delivery (e.g. toiletry products), or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items; (ii) made to your specifications or clearly personalized; or which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Pricing and availability - Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the Website include Value Added Tax which will be charged at the current rate. Where prices are displayed in alternative currencies on this website, these are for reference purposes only and local prices may change according to current currency rates. Whilst we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing online, some products might be subject to slight variations. Errors & omissions excluded.

Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

Our liability to you under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction - Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and will be deemed to have occurred in England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
